Under a canopy of lights, with the sun setting quickly, Mary and Gabe exchanged vows while friends and family gathered to watch. Mary’s sister read from a Douglas Adam’s novel as a part of the ceremony and everyone gave their well wishes.

I had seen Adelphi Mill online before during my own search for a venue, but I’m so glad I got the chance to see it in use.  With lights, lanterns, high-top tables, and wheat-themed floral arrangements, it was a perfect setting for an intimate casual reception of passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails.  A fantastic DJ spun classic 80’s hits that had everybody on the dance floor on the top floor while the photobooth and quieter setting allowed for conversations on the bottom.
